Testing NextGen OSCAR

New workflow for IE11 Testing:

1. Download the user testing tasks. Previously you used tests tasks in Survey Monkey, this time use the user testing tasks below in Word Documents.

2. Username and passwords are still the same however all testing to be completed using IE11 browser. See the link below to access the usernames and passwords in the Excel Spreadsheet @Tyrus Manuel (Unlicensed) created.

3. Comments to go in the Username and Password Spreadsheet.

@Monica G. (Unlicensed) will summarize test results and send to @Tyrus Manuel (Unlicensed) and @Kevin Lotenberg (Unlicensed).

The testing tasks have been modified so please use the files below. OSCAR customers will use Word Documents to complete user testing tasks instead of the surveys you were previously given.

Below is a link to the usernames and passwords you need for testing.

Username and Password for Test Account (Right-click, Open Link in New Tab)

1. Add your comments in the notes column.

2. After completing a test go to the column labeled Status and select the Status cell as “Complete.” (To select the status, click the cell row for your assignment, a downward arrow appears on the right with pre-populated statuses)

Test account username and password doesn’t work when logging in to the home screen.

If the test account username and password does not work, login using your personal admin account. Search for the test user by first selecting the user type in the menu on the left-hand side then type the test account username into the search box. Select the icon that appear to be a profile of a head (Login as this item).

What test scenarios do I use for system admin testing?
There isn’t a test scenario written however I’ve included the link to the file the PSS team created with interface and feature suggestions. Please ensure that you are able to do the tasks you normally would do in OSCAR on a daily basis.
